Literally caught between a rock and a hard place, a starfish was crushed by a sinking cargo ship which was carrying a massive load of a mysterious freight as it rested on a rock at the bottom of the sea. As the weight of the ship smashed a full containment tank of strange liquid against its body, the substance burst from its container, enveloped the tiny sea creature and was ground into every pore and laceration of its body. Metal became fused to the starfish and provided a permanent suit of armor. The starfish developed massive physical strength, the ability to fly, and the power to generate an unfathomable energy force. He blames the human race for the pain he constantly endures as a result of this unfortunate incident and has vowed to enslave and torture all humans so that they may feel the same pain. If he has his way, all will bow to the indomitable STarmorfish!
